You can buy generic Garrett turbos and fab them to fit for half the price of the "bolt on" kits. And most if not all of the list can be found used in good condition for two thirds or half the price of new. You can take a stock TT and for $4000 make it a solid 500rwhp car that could push upwards of 600rwhp with race gas. I know what you're trying to get at, but you'd be very hard pressed to make a custom supercharger setup cost efficient compared to a twin turbo setup. Especially since most of the upgrades list apply to your set up to (exhaust, fuel injectors, electronics, etc). /repeatingZlover Also, you're wrong. With the given setup, 500rwhp to damn near 600rwhp is a tank full 108 and a boost controller adjustment.
